It’s the turn of the Philippine Senate to honor Miss World 2013 Megan Young for her outstanding achievement in bringing honor to the country. She is joined by her two maternal guardians, Ms. Julia Morley and Ms. Cory Quirino. As expected, the House was abuzz with excitement over the arrival of our Queen. And who wouldn’t be?
